I visited the Haywards Heath shop because I was having difficulties booking online on the Tui site. Mia was very helpful and with the help of her manager, was able to pretty much match the online discounted price. My whole experience was great and I was very pleased. Thank you.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the team at the Haywards Heath branch of Hays Travel for their invaluable assistance in arranging the HMS Illustrious Association Annual Reunion in Malta, held in October 2025.

Our reunions are normally held in the United Kingdom, and this was the first time we ventured abroad for such an event. The success of this milestone occasion was due in no small part to the professionalism and support provided by your Haywards Heath team.

In particular, I would like to recognise Jane Jee, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was managed with care and efficiency. Her dedication and expertise played a key role in bringing together our members from across the UK and even one who travelled all the way from California to make this reunion possible.

Our heartfelt thanks to Jane and the entire team for their outstanding service and commitment.

Yesterday we booked a 4 day cruise at Hays Travel in Haywards Heath. Jane was so very helpful, patiently answering all of our many questions and with absolutely no pressure at all. Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel very reassured about our decision. It's the first time we have been into the shop and the atmosphere from both Jane and Mel was so welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again.
