Heather made it really easy to book the dream cruise
Heather made it really easy to book the cruise we wanted, after seeing her advertisement. She clearly explained what she was doing and what we then needed to do. She was also really helpful in adding on another 2 people from a different airport. Great service!

Whether we ask her to find us something with very little info to go on, come to her with a holiday we have already picked and ask for a price comparison or have questions post booking, she is always warm and willing to help.

Shocking service. All they want is your money. Very unhelpful. Do not warn you off cancellation fees or any additional costs. Stay clear at all times. Money thieving company.

Hello Stephanie,Very sorry to hear you are not happy since you cancelled your holiday booking.You were well aware of the terms and conditions at time of booking as read out to you at time of booking.
If you cancel a holiday once it is confirmed it would be cancelled at a loss of deposits paid.Your e mail stated a wish to cancel 7 days after booking.After receiving a few unkind e mails from yourself I contacted the tour operator on your behalf to see if the holiday could be reinstated.
The response from the tour operator was that the holiday could indeed not be re instated as you had asked for the holiday booking to be cancelled.
I then proceeded to send you ABTA's contact details as you were not happy that you cancelled a holiday.
You will see that every other review from my customers is outstanding as I always go above and beyond for my customers and I am sorry that you feel that I was unhelpful when it was yourself that cancelled your holiday.
