I booked through heather walker as I was recommended her from my cousin, from start to finish she went above and beyond trying to get me the perfect holiday even though this meant we looked over a number off days at various places as I was unsure where to go, regardless off that she was polite and helpful through the whole booking, communicating with me and letting me choose my holiday but with help from herself on what the destination and hotel was like, I would definitely use heather again in the future

Noticed my holiday of a lifetime by chance and received all of the necessary information and booked the holiday for a big birthday. The entire process was so easy and with Kirsty looking after me, I felt in safe hands. She was efficient, professional and friendly and her excitement for me was absolutely genuine.

So friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Booked a holiday with extra day passes for nearby attraction in half a hour max. Price was exceptionally cheap for a top hotel and great flights.
