What a fabulous experience!
I haven’t used a travel agency for years but would highly recommend using Hays.
Steve was just what I needed- friendly, welcoming, full of knowledge, understanding and patience. No pressure selling just giving me everything I asked for and helpfully making suggestions and alternatives.
It was a great experience to have a human being to speak to rather than a screen!

I visited your Hemel Hempstead branch yesterday afternoon and was given a warm welcome. Over a friendly cup of coffee made by James i discussed my holiday requirements with Sally. She gave me lots of friendly advice including the best time to travel to Portugal for the Douro Cruise. She then rang Riviera Travel and we successfully made a booking for October 2026. I cannot fault the information or attention i received.

When my husband and I walked into the Hemel branch we were given a lovely welcome. The staff knew us before as we have used Hays travel a few times. Sally asked us what we were looking for, and then told us what was available. I wanted to go away in October as it was a special birthday year for me as I am 60 this year. So we have booked a week away around my birthday. I would recommend this branch to all of our friends and family.
