Excellent service
My experience with hays travel in Hereford was amazing. From when I first walked in I was spoken to had everything explained to me about what I was looking for. It was the best service anyone could ever need. The booking process was super quick and easy thanks to the efficient staff specifically poppy and Judith thank you very much!

Basically we are on holiday organised by Ethan and he was looking into a Christmas cruise for us. This became available and we had to pay deposit. All done, cannot say any more.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
Booking a holiday or flights with Hays Travel always takes the pressure off the customer, as the staff, under the expert supervision of Erica, the Manageress, are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making sure you get just the holiday you are looking for.
We have been booking our holidays with Judith for many years now as her experience and invaluable knowledge of the travel industry is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the holiday fits our personal requirements and is an outstanding member of staff with good customer service skills.
