Prompt, professional and friendly service

Saw Tom at your Hexham shop again on Monday morning to look at short Med cruises after dates for hotel stays from earlier searches and visit did not work out for us. Given excellent advice and options went home to research further. During this research on my laptop a box popped up with details of a holiday and hotel we had fancied but was then not available earlier for our dates. Now it was - rang Hays Hexham immediately, spoke to Tom again and got it all booked. Simple quick easy and a lovely holiday to look forward to!

Everything as usual went smoothly

You are always greeted with a smile when you enter the Hayes office in Hexham. It's a sign the staff enjoy their job nothing is a bother, I got a new app downloaded for Ryan Air and my booking updated for me. The service didn't stop there, if I wanted to pop in a couple of days before I travelled my boarding passes would be downloaded for me. Being a pensioner has some advantages.

I recently booked a holiday through Thomas, at Hays Travel in Hexham and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the start, he and Karen were incredibly helpful, providing a wide range of holiday options and offering expert advice to help me find the perfect trip.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Even while we were away, Thomas was available to help with a query.

The entire booking process was smooth, stress-free, and I was really pleased with the price and value of the holiday we booked. I've always tended to book my holidays direct, but after this experience, I'll definitely be be back to book our next holiday.

I would highly recommend Hays Hexham to anyone looking for a travel agent who genuinely goes the extra mile.
