As always the service we get goes above and beyond if we have any doubts they get sorted asap I often pop in with an enquiry and they say don’t worry we’ll do our best to make sure whatever it is will be sorted and it always is I love all the staff in Houghton le spring branch new manageress Jill is really lovely as is Karen katy any the others but I must give a shout out about Chloe she is such a lovely girl she never gets fed up with us she makes everything run smoothly she knows where we like our cabin on cruises she knows we like extra leg room she know our prefered dining times in fact we usually just go in and give her a date preferred destination and length of stay and she will ring me with what’s available she’s brilliant I love them all such a lovely bunch of girls

They were very helpful from booking the holiday to the care and help we received after the holiday Cruise. Would not go anywhere else than Hays in Houghton Le Spring. Excellent Service

Went into the Houghton le Spring branch and we were greeted by the ever smiley Katie. We had in mind a holiday that we wanted to book but Katie helped us with the finer details. Nothing is ever too much for Katie who is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We also had a query about an existing booking which Katie is looking into for us.

Staff very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Nice atmosphere in the office. Special shout out for Libby who processed our booking.

Service was quick and to the point no additional selling of products not required. Everything done and dusted in 30 mins.

We visited the Houghton branch and Chloe was brilliant. She was patient with us whilst trying to find the best hotel for us. She had so much knowledge of different places and was able to find us the perfect holiday. She was friendly and professional. She checked various different options to get us the best price. Annalisa was terrific, I came in multiple times with varying queries and last minute changes. She found me a great deal and kept me upto date via emails and telephone calls throughout. I appreciate the hardwork behind the scenes to make it happen. I will definitely recommend and book again in the near future.
