Booking a Rhine cruise.
We used Hays travel agent to book a river cruise on the Rhine. We had researched a few companies that run cruises and had a list of requirements. We asked Hays to find a suitable option for the weeks we could travel during peak summer season. They came back extremely quickly with an option that met all our requirements . We paid the deposit that day and a day later we collected all the necessary paperwork. They answered all of our additional questions.
The service on both days with different members of staff was superb and I would highly recommend them,

Very happy customer
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and sorted everything out for us in a polite and courteous way. All that’s left to do is to pick up our boarding tickets for our flight in store and then enjoy our holiday .

So far everything brilliant this is the 4th holiday book with you so I hope it goes well. Girl that served us was brilliant. I think her name is Lucy, but I don’t think she’s been there long.
