From the minute I walked in.....
From the minute I walked in I felt relaxed all the staff are very welcoming. I knew what I was looking for but felt little unsure as I will be travelling on my own, I explained what I wanted the young lady who was helping me with my holiday listened and got up on the screen to show everything to me and reassured me.......I booked there and then. I love booking my hols with Hays have done for quite few years they help you with everything even doing your booking in which I get very nervous about and printing it all out for you (I need paper) I'm off a certain age and this is great help, I left feeling happy relaxed and confident in you 100% keep up the good work you are all amazing.

Tunisia Holiday
Member of staff was very pleasant & helpful on latest visit to book a holiday. My friend & i myself knew we wanted to go to Tunisia. The holiday we had seen advertised had unfortunately gone but agent told us there were more choices for same location which we were shown. On looking at the different options we found another hotel which is actually better than original one so very happy to proceed with booking
