Very helpful, and patient.
Emma acted as our consultant, and really helped us to decide what was best for us. We were not at all decided what we wanted when we started, but came out with a booked cruise. Excellent.

A very nice experience
A very nice experience. Clean shop with pleasant helpful staff. I knew where I wanted to go and was then helped through all the options to enable me to make a decision and book my holiday. Saved me a little bit of money too.

After just popping in and speaking to (I think her name was Ella) she couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy! I only popped in on a whim to ask a couple of questions and the whole team at Hyde went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and that the holiday I was booking for 2025 was exactly what I wanted! I’m so greatful! And I would definitely use hays travel Hyde again to book

Went into Hays with a vague idea of what we required,Helen was very knowledgeable and soon sussed out our requirements re location,venue and price.Great service, efficient and friendly,would definitely recommend.

Friendly and great service.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Jane dealt with us and she was great. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect holiday for the right price.
