We were exceptionally pleased with the service.Not being seasoned travellers Allison took time to make sure every detail was provided. She had a friendly yet professional manner. An excellent service
I have been in the Irvine shop 3 times and on each occasion I was attended to by a separate consultant. All three were excellent and took time to ensure that the holidays exactly matched our requirements. Obviously, their recruitment and subsequent training are excellent. Great, friendly and helpful service. I would highly recommend Hays Travel.
