Emails have been responded to promptly and always polite and courteous. We have never been pressured or harassed to book unlike other agents we have used previously. We wouldn’t book a holiday with anyone other than Jackie at Hays

After speaking with her for 45 minutes I knew what I wanted and I booked the following morning.
