Michelle at Jarrow took the anxiety out of our holiday booking. Very professional & put us at ease as we were anxious that there would be no availability for a wedding venue we are to attend in Lindos next year. Booking was quick & she explained the steps, any extras, timelines & the process from here on in. Michelle assured us if there was anything we were unsure of to pop in & she'll sort it, taking away any stresses from us. It's really reassuring that there are people out there that recognise not everyone is an expert at the 'techy stuff' & willing to go the extra mile for you......I had attended the shop earlier that day to ask a general question about the passport process & another member of staff (didn't catch her name) kindly explained the process for my understanding so thank you. Special thanks to Michelle for taking the worry away & making the rest of my day stress free. Would definitely recommend....Thank you

Michelle in Jarrow is amazing, went into to complete our Cruise for 26, to then add in a short break in Yorkshire for August. Then as we chatted booked next Sept Cruise. Amazing service, wonderful staff in Jarrow. Lesley the manager and Michelle very supportive of our family - we have 3 going with additional needs and they make sure everything is booked to support them xx
