The staff at our local Jarrow branch are always friendly ,polite and helpful.Leslie did our booking this time and as usual was very helpful.This is why we always return to book holidays with them

Great customer service
Gave Michelle our budget and place we wanted to visit. She came up with a great holiday great flight time.

The staff are so helpful and friendly, intact been using Hays that long the staff are more like friends.
Yesterday it was Chloe who myself and 2 friends sorted with a holiday but I would not hesitate getting assistance from any of the Hays Professional Staff.
