Great experience
We spoke with Chloe who provided great advice on what area was good the ideas we were hoping to do on holiday. Everything was explained in a simple but detailed way so we understood it all. Chloe was very friendly and talkative which helped us pick the best place to travel to.

Chloe is a star!
Chloe is an absolute asset to the Jesmond Hays Travel Branch.
She helped us book our multi city stay in the US for 2027 and nothing was an issue despite us having 20 million questions.
She took the time to help us choose the right hotels etc and we didn't feel rushed at all. If you can go in and book your holiday with Chloe you will have a lovely experience. Thank you Chloe!
