Another great experience booking with Amanda at Hays. Always a warm welcome, as a disabled lone traveller it's very reassuring to have all the details sorted. This includes my assisted travel & an excellent exchange rate on euros. As always great service at Hays Jesmond. Amanda had let me know about a fantastic deal for next year. All booked and sorted within 10 minutes. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We spoke with Chloe who provided great advice on what area was good the ideas we were hoping to do on holiday. Everything was explained in a simple but detailed way so we understood it all. Chloe was very friendly and talkative which helped us pick the best place to travel to.

The local staff were helpful in providing holiday location options based on thier own experince and we were fortunate to select with them a hotel in Corfu at a competative price.

Chloe is an absolute asset to the Jesmond Hays Travel Branch.

She helped us book our multi city stay in the US for 2027 and nothing was an issue despite us having 20 million questions.

I went to the Newmarket Travel Show at Hays in Jesmond. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Wayne from Newmarket was knowledgeable and engaging about the trip I was booking, but there was no pressure to book more than I wanted. Thank you to Chloe for getting it all booked and sorted.
