Excellent Customer Service
This is the 2nd holiday we have booked with Jo-Anne and she found us a better deal than with going directly with Jet2holidays. She found a hotel I had not considered and gave so much information, was extremely helpful, this is the 2nd time I have booked with her and would do so again.

Jo was an absolute dream to deal with…
Jo was an absolute dream to deal with from start to finish! We were keen on Turkey, but were unsure where exactly. Jo gave us plenty of options that catered for our family of 6 and the need to be in the same room. She also found us alternative options in the Canary islands.
Once we had confirmed the hotel, she gave us all the different airport options and prices.
Communication was prompt, replying to emails on evenings and weekends, which we would not have expected! Payment was easy via a link. Travel insurance and parking options were also offered.
All in all, a hassle free, 5 star experience! We would definitely recommend, and will be using Hayes travel again.
