I feel that Jo took all of the stress out of booking a holiday. We haven’t been abroad since before the pandemic. Having searched online for a long time, we had still not made any decisions. Jo was patient and asked us what we really wanted. We hope to contact her again.

Jo was incredibly professional and kept us informed about every availability open for us, even communicating with us at the weekend and well into the evening.

We are so happy with the service Jo provided — I honestly can’t thank her enough. We really didn’t know where to start when it came to booking a “package” holiday, but she made it feel effortless and easy.

Jo took the time to get to know us properly and really listened to what we wanted as a family. With one of us being gluten free, two teenage boys who eat everything, and our need to get out and explore rather than stay in the hotel all week, it wasn’t straightforward — but she absolutely nailed it.
She found us the perfect place that fits everything we were looking for and stayed within our budget. We’re all so excited for this much-needed holiday, and it’s all thanks to Jo.

Fantastic!!!! From start to finish Jo was so helpful and understanding. She asked all the right questions to find out what holiday I was looking for. She gave me a good variety of options and was very open to any suggestions I had to make changes. Her response times were excellent and she guided me through everything I needed to do. First time I’ve looked for a holiday and felt confident to book after a couple of days. Now I can look forward to a lovely holiday.
