Travel Agent Extraordinaire
Jo always manages to make booking our holidays so trouble and stress-free! We just give her the basic information, ie destination, number of travellers, date etc and she does the rest. She will always try to get us the absolute best deals she can and in a very prompt and timely manner. She makes it appear that we are her only clients which, in turn, makes us feel special and looked after. Have recommended her to several other people who I know have had positive experiences through booking with her.

Best possible booking experience
From start to finish booking/customer service brilliant sales rep couldn’t do enough for us.Booking as a big family with separate bookings Joanne went out of her way to accommodate everyone and get the best price nothing was to much trouble I will always use Joanne now if possible and recommend her to everyone
