Visited Hays travel in Johnstone Renfrewshire on 14th of April 2026 to book a Xmas holiday, As always the staff,particularly Janice worked very hard to provide me with the most suitable holiday based on value for money and best options for cruise ports,flights and dates. The staff always provide a courteous and professional service which I have no hesitation in recommending. Well done 5 stars.

As always Janice is very helpful and knows what we like.We booked another holiday earlier this year with Gillian and she was also very helpful.I have been going to hays since you took over since it was Thomas cook and I was going to Thomas cook got the last twenty years as the girls know what they are talking about

Johnstone Hays Travel is my go to when looking to book holidays. Staff are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable no matter where your proposed destination, special mention to Hazel who always goes over and above the normal for us, and Janice for additional input.

So many things misrepresented or wrong, location was not best suited for my needs but have forwarded my complaints to Jet2

We visited our local store in Johnstone, Renfrewshire and spoke to Yvonne. Yvonne took time to listen to what we were looking for and give us various options. This was then followed up with a phone call. Yvonne was patient and knowledgeable and was a great help to us finding our chosen holiday.
