Judith was lovely to talk to by phone. She got back to us by email and phone, gave us options for our request, worked out everything that we couldn’t do ourselves online (with a combination of flights and luggage) & then everything was booked! Thank you so much Judith!

Great support with booking our holidays through Judith. Judith is not an order taker which a lot of travel agents seem to be, with a lot you have to tell them what you want and where you want to go. Such a smooth process with Judith, sent her an email with available dates , she responds straight away. She follows up with a phone call to discuss options etc, get holiday booked quickly and all confirmation documents sent directly to inbox. We have used Judith before when booking holidays and her knowledge and customer service is amazing, we have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends going forward.
