I feel it was made a lot easier with Hays Travel to book a cruise rather than trying to go it alone! Pleasant friendly staff!

Shaun at Hays was fantastic and very polite. He was very prompt with replying to my messenger messages. He got me a very good deal. We can't wait to go in our 2nd trip to New York in December 2026. Please say a big thank you to Shaun. Have a nice weekend.

All the staff are very patient and informative with everything we need to know or any questions we may have and in helping us find the right holiday for our needs.

The lovely gentleman at Hays in keighley was so helpful polite and helped me book a holiday that would suit both myself and my son . I shall definitely be going back in for my next holiday

Alisha in Keighley branch was very helpful. Only went in for a brochure but she told me about a travel event that week.
She was very helpful and emailed me different options. There were a few incentives to book but I liked the fact that she wasn't too pushy. I needed to consider all the options and weigh up the different trips. There was a lot of choice so having time without being bombarded was good. She also pr ok vided advice on where to get help locally to source visas etc.
