Booking a family holiday
We were looking to book a family holiday and did some research and found a hotel we liked . An e-mail to Kerriann with what we wanted and what was our price range was sent .
I did not take long for a reply with full details of the holiday and the cost for the package which was similar to what we had seen previously. The advantage is now we have a dedicated point of contact .

She was always very helpful with information, helping to find a resort suitable for a family with young children even when I changed my mind on the area to travel to.
Would get back to me out of normal working hours, even when I didn't expect a response straight away, she would respond. Excellent service!
