Helen the sales lady was absolutely brilliant.

We were looking to book a Tour of Tupelo ,Graceland ,and New Orleans ..and wanted a 2 Weeks duration .
after much searching done by our Travel agent assistant JESS ( who is brilliant each time we book a holiday) 💖 we always go to her !!!! she managed to find the Tour we wanted + A Cruise in The Carribean 🌈

We wanted a bespoke trip to Norway. Jessie did a superb job in putting this together, keeping me informed at each stage.

Racheal was super helpful patiently taking us through all our options. We weren't necessarily expecting to book anything straight away but together with found something we were excited about and are now very much looking forward to our holiday. All the staff in the Keynsham branch were lovely and friendly and we were made to feel welcome the minute we stepped through the door.
