pleasant staff at the shop giving all the information required to make a booking. we rang the next day and made the booking etc. the conversation over the phone was helpful and seats on the aircraft were also booked

We went in with no real idea of what we wanted or where to go. I entered warning them of this but was greeted with big smiles and "let me help" from Ellie and she secured as a fabulous deal for a lovely holiday

There were a lot of exceptional
difficulties trying to book and pay for my flight. The member of staff at Keynsham branch was kind and patient and we finally managed to overcome these.

The member of staff made me feel at ease and took time to ensure all our holiday needs were put in place without being to pushy would recomend Hayes travel keynsham very friendly and experienced staff.
