Excellent customer service from Hays Kings Lynn - specifically Tamzin & Zoe. We called in (on a day out from Cambridge one day!) and spoke to Tamzin. That began some email dialog abut various holidays and after exploring various options we booked a River Cruise! Tamzin (and Zoe when Tamzin was on leave) were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. We explored various travel options and transfers and no matter what questions we asked they were all answered comprehensively and promptly. When they said they would do something, they did it. Our first holiday booking via Hays and so far it's been a refreshing experience - and we're certain that when our holiday is due that exemplary level of service will continue. Marks out of 10? A definite 11 !
