Friendly staff, clear advice, nothing too much trouble

The customer service we received from the King’s Lynn branch was excellent. We wanted to book a cruise and had specific needs due to medical issues. Helen was very knowledgeable and trawled through all the cruises to see which cruises had the necessary equipment available to meet our medical needs. Helen also phoned the cruise company to confirm availability. Thank you Helen for all your help.

Our tour advisor Dan was very informative & attentive to our city break needs. He went over and above to accommodate our hotel, flights and excursion bookings past closing time even though it was a Sunday.

Helen was professional and friendly. We have not used a travel agent for many years but this experience was stress free and very easy. This is a holiday of a life time and we wanted everything to be perfect. So far so good

We booked a holiday with Helen from hays travel kings Lynn. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions and queries regarding the country and holiday. She gave us great advice on our hotel of choice which put us at ease and also helped book our parking and hotel next to the airport the night before. She was very friendly and made the process smooth.

I was kept informed of progress. I also requested a particular room I had stayed in before in a hotel. The Rep has endeavoured to secure this. Very friendly and approachable.

An extremely helpful young lady found us just the right holiday at a good price.Having previously used Hayes travel,this came as no surprise,and is what I described as old school customer service.Thankyou again.
