Very friendly and helpful staff to help myself and friend to plan a girl trip . Even though it was close to closing time we were not rushed to make our minds up .

We found the experience very good. Kelly asked questions which were easily answered and soon had information about the hotel we had selected, its restaurants and bars and the different types of rooms available.
Flights were discussed and we were aware that we would fly to Amsterdam and from there to Oranjestad.

Booking the hotel seemed straightforward, even obtaining a check price with a second agent.

I would thoroughly recommend Hays Travel.
