Friendly knowledgeable staff. As an older couple booking a holiday the staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. We will go back to tell them how the holiday was.

Eva gave us all the information we required . Especially information regarding disabled access around the ship, and got us a cabin near a lift. She made the process very easy and made it possible to pay monthly which suited us well.

Very patient and very helpful
I had a bit of too-ing and fro-ing in my head over what and where to book.
The two girls I spoke to and chatted online to in the Largs store were great and very patient with me.
I'm very happy with what I've now booked for my daughter and I.

Very helpful staff especially Eva.
My husband and I visited the Hays travel shop in Largs. We spoke with Eva and told her that we had seen a holiday on the website we were interested in and could she set it up for us as we are both not very good on computers. She took the details and within 10 minutes everything was booked. The apartment, the flights and the transfers.

Heather from the Largs branch made my dreams come true!!
Heather from the Largs branch went above and beyond to get me booked on my dream holiday which is on the Wish Disney cruise! She sat for hours to get my booking sorted! Happy tears were shed! This really is a bucket list trip for us and it meant everything to me to be able to get booked on this ship!
