I was online for over a week trying to decide on a holiday for me and my daughter but was exasperated seeing so many poor reviews for hotels . After one quick call to Heather at Hays Travel in Largs she found me a fantastic holiday. Yes the holiday she found was approx £100 more expensive than online but it was a better holiday and she booked everything from transfers baggage and insurance . Just bought some travel money from Hays travel in Largs!! I didnt read the small print and got a lower rate than was advertised on line so I questioned this !! The staff were brilliant and called head office to explain the situation!! The manager then cancelled my transaction and reissued my travel money at the higher rate!! First class service from the whole team!!
P.s remember and read the small print!!
