Another holiday booked with Hayes through the wonderful Laura. Every detail was checked and my error was picked up straight away then Laura contacted and amended. Nothing is too much trouble and booking is very quick. We have used Laura on a few bookings now and will continue to book with her.

Just used Laura for the 1st time to book a Caribbean cruise and a week in Egypt, she is so helpful, knowledgeable and polite, Booking with her is a doddle, I will definitely be using her again, top marks, 5 stars
