There was a friendly atmosphere as we walked into the travel agent. We explained what we wanted and the agent was able to search for what we wanted. This is our second time using this travel agent. We feel confident to know that every thing we asked for was implemented. Our travel experience will go well due to everything being put in place

Stress free holiday booking
Just called in yesterday to Hays after having difficulty finding river cruise go suit our needs. Lynn(leeds) guided through all options and found us what we needed to suit our purposes. She was helpful, efficient and very approachable. Hope our holiday is as stress free.

Made booking the family holiday very easy process. Even with me asking lots of questions regarding having to travel with medication and other bits she got back to me straight away. I got a fantastic deal to Croatia for 7days. Takes the stress of doing it all your self.
