The lady (Yana)was very professional and very thorough. She answered all questions and was very polite all the time.

From the moment I queued at the door to go in, as was waiting before shop opened , I was looked after by Dawn.
I was made so welcome as soon as I stepped in the shop. I was booking a holiday for myself as travelling alone so it’s all very daunting, but Dawn made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Nothing was a problem and as the holiday approaches she made it clear that anything I need help with to just come in and they will sort it. Hannah booked us a holiday of a lifetime, at the best price with the best hotels for our trip. The holiday is quite complex as travelling and returning to different airports, with flights within the USA also. Hannah advised on the best family oriented resort in Miami and boutique hotel in New York. Every aspect was considered and taken care of!
