I contacted Leighton with a specific cruise that I had in mind after only just returning from a Fjords cruise. I wanted the same cabin on Iona that we had just come back from and Leighton was able to arrange this for me with no trouble at all. Leighton was really friendly and professional and shared his experiences of similar cruises when I expressed concerns around the bay of biscay and motion sickness. He even sent me a link of some travel bands that have previously worked for him which I was really grateful for. The booking process was really smooth and Leighton has taken charge of the car park too so that I don’t need to worry about booking this myself. I am really pleased with the service that I received and also recommended a friend who has also gone ahead and booked it too.

We came home from a cruise knowing that we wanted to book another cruise as we loved it that much. I was pointed in the direction of Leighton who I contacted and he swiftly replied with all of the information I needed. Within a couple of hours our cruise, cabin assignment and car park bookings were finalised and documentation emailed over to me.
He was super friendly, helpful and efficient and made the whole booking experience easy and stress free.

When I spoke about my mobility issues, he made sure to ask questions to ensure I was booking somewhere that could accommodate me while still allowing adventure so I wasn’t left out.
