Efficient, friendly and competitive service.
The agent, Olivia, listened carefully to our holiday requests. She compared flights from different airports and discovered that,on this occasion, paying for half board at the hotel of our choice was cheaper than taking the B&B option!
The booking was made, confirmed and checked to our satisfaction in a very reasonable time.

The staff were very welcoming and…
The staff were very welcoming and understanding of our requests. Gemma (store manager) could not have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable and nothing was too much for her. She really paid attention and made it feel like she was going to do her very best to help us find a holiday at this late stage. Both Gemma and the other lady were very relaxed about helping, even though we had 2 kids with us.
This was probably the best experience we have had booking a holiday, and even left with ideas for next year.
