Ms Barber was responsive
Ms Barber was responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable when taking care of my booking. From first contact I was booked within 1 hour. Exceptional customer service. I will definitely use her service again in future and will recommend her to my friends.

Lisa was really helpful, friendly and super responsive, as a result we booked our holiday to Mexico and are really looking forward to it. So good to hear from Lisa about people that have been too which helped us choose the right hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and even changing our seats after we had booked 😜. I would highly recommend

Very professional friendly service
Very professional service, fast efficient and completed in a very short time. All was explained in a friendly competent manner so there were no doubts as to the details of the holiday.
Detail was also given about hotel location, things to do and the amenities and services provided by the hotel. We felt confident that this was a good value holiday suitable for our needs.
