Booking our holiday in Hays travel was quick and very straightforward. The assistant compared prices and advised which was the best. We also got an extra £100 discount.

We saw an advert in the window and went…
We saw an advert in the window and went in to ask about it. We said what we were looking and we got an exceptional deal. The agent couldn't do enough for us. She showed us a few ideas and found the right one for us. So easy to deal with and everything clearly explained. Was honest about everything . Went over all the final checks and got us booked on our flights. Will be going back again . Lovely staff. All very friendly and welcoming. 5 stars from us 😄👍

Lucy from Hays Travel Lisburn was such a great help in helping to organise my husbands 40th birthday surprise. It was slightly tailored and she made sure all areas of the holiday was covered whilst giving me different options in terms of accommodation and what was available etc!

Friendly and helpful staff
Sian was so helpful and listened to what we wanted for our holiday. She got in touch with us as soon as she got our holiday sorted for us. I could not ask for better customer service,Sian is such a lovely,friendly girl,as is all of the Lisburn branch,a pleasure to deal with every time we’re in,even if it’s just for currency.

Friendly professional staff.
The best thing about our experience, were the friendly, professional staff in the Lisburn branch who have dealt with several queries over the past few weeks. Kerry had insider's knowledge about the resort we were interested in and one of the reasons we booked the holiday was because she made us feel so welcomed and relaxed.
Hays have always provided great customer service, but Kerry deserves special mention. Buen viaje amigos!
