From start to finish Sonia was amazing nothing was to much trouble not only the holiday she found us reasonable overnight hotel and parking at Manchester Airport.

Effortless experience for booking our well needed holiday. Megan the store manager was more than helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful and were very clear explaining everything.

Joanne was marvellous such a wonderful patient woman, went through portugal, Spain Greece and finished with bulgaria. Can't wait, so big shout out to the lovely Joanne from hayes travel in allerton road liverpool.

Sonia listened to our request to check out the Blue Light offer(although she wasn't sure about it having not negotiated with Fred Olsen before) and as a result we have gained £200 on board credit. Sonia was also helpful in helping us to choose a cabin, dining etc.
