Hays Travel for fast, efficient and friendly service
I sent an email to Chelsey (Locksheath, Hants Branch) and the next day I had a comprehensive quote. I made one phone call to confirm the holiday and paid. The documents came through to my laptop the same day! I am delighted and would recommend Hays Travel for very friendly and super-fast service.

Chelsey at Hays Travel, Locks Heath, Southampton was extremely helpful from the moment we spoke to her. She kept us informed throughout the booking process and answered all of our questions fully. I can not fault the detail she provided at all stages from our initial conversation to booking and beyond. Chelsey even made suggestions with regard to our itinerary to maximise time in different locations and ensured the timing for flights and changes worked too. I can not fault the service she provided and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sinead was extremely helpful and made our choice and booking easy. It’s a special trip for husbands birthday n our 39th wedding anniversary, especially after husband’s serious illness we had alot of needs and wanted the security of a reputable group.
