Japan cruises
We recently had a cruise holiday to Japan cancelled due to the flights transferring in Dubai, being cancelled.
This visit to Hays was to explore the possibility of booking a similar cruise in 2018. Suzanne & Chelsey were both very helpful in looking into the options of cruising around Japan or the Caribbean.
We did decide to book the Japan cruise, even though the cost has risen significantly, considering what we paid two years ago. We have been trying to get to Japan for four years, as a cruise back in 2024 was also cancelled by the cruise line, stating COVID!!!

Buyback refused on all notes supplied
Bought currency with the buyback guarantee, but refused buyback on all as one note had a very slight tear that was hardly visible. Currency was as collected an unused currency kept in the plastic bag supplied. Particular note must have been included in the original purchase.
If buying currency with buyback, make sure you check every note to avoid this situation.

We are pleased that we were able to buy back the remainder of your currency under the buyback guarantee. Unfortunately, the one note with a tear — however slight — did not meet the condition requirements set by our banking partners, as damaged notes cannot be resold or returned through standard channels. This we why we had to decline this one note.
We completely understand that this may have been frustrating, especially as the currency was kept in the original packaging.
We genuinely value your feedback and will use it as an opportunity to remind customers to check their notes before leaving the branch to help avoid similar situations in future.
