We have used Hays travel Locks Heath for a number of years and always received excellent service. On this occasion we emailed requesting some preliminary quotes to help us decide on a winter break. Chelsey responded very quickly with the information and we entered into an email exchange with various further requests. This helped us make a decision and we met Chelsey in store to book. From start to finish it was a pleasurable experience and we will continue to use Hays for our travel needs.

Fab travel agent
From arriving in store to leaving with a holiday booked for 2 weeks time, the experience with Chelsey was fab. Last minute decision to pop in to look…
Last minute decision to pop in to look at a holiday. Walked out with holiday booked! Sinead looked at various companies and plans for a repeat of a holiday we had two years ago. This resulted in her able to find a more local airport and overall cost nearly £1000 less than the company we had used before. A contact call made with me being in the area and able to pick up paperwork required. A very pleasant and helpful young lady
