The staff in Longton branch are always extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure you get the holiday that you want. Chloe was amazing in the booking of this holiday, ensuring everything was just right for our group. We would not go anywhere else 😊

I never felt rushed to book
I never felt rushed to book. I knew what I wanted and was given choices to choose from and didn't feel a 'hard sell' which you normally would with some companies. Very relaxed while deciding, I even got a coffee!
Can't praise the staff at Longton Branch in particular Kerry who made my bookings. Yes I choose 2 cruises.

Went through all the available holidays…
Went through all the available holidays in my price range and even suggested a couple of destinations I hadn't thought of trying. Very courteous and thoughtful about OUR holiday. We got the holiday we were looking for and came away happy in the knowledge that we will have a great time.
