This is the third holiday I have booked with Lorraine this year beach holiday in zante in September a Caribbean cruise in January and a family holiday with grandchildren to Majorca June 25 also a few in the past. I always find her very willing to go above and beyond to find the right holiday at the right price for us. Always very helpful and cheerful on the phone.
She will be the first person I will get hold of in the future. She is an asset to Hays Travel

Good experience with Lorraine.
Lorraine was very good with the whole booking process.
Explained everything and recommended the hotel we are going to in October.

Going to Japan at last!
Lorraine made every effort against all odds to get me on the trip this year. But as a single traveler it was not possible.
I am now booked on the same trip at the same time next year. I am so excited and pleased with everything.
