Booked a holiday through louis and fantastic all the way through!
With travelling in a party and 1 is in a wheelchair it's very hard looking for holiday!
Just a thought..Jet 2 should have in their filters if hotel etc is wheelchair accessible and adapted rooms if needed! It would make the process of booking a holiday so much easier!
I know it's 1st come basis but it would be easier!

Louis Mathews was very patient and listened to all our needs and requirement. I explained we had a blind person in our company and he made sure that Jet 2 was aware of her needs on the plane.
He phoned a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.

November holiday booking review
Louis offers a very efficient, professional service. This is our second time with him, we explained our preferences and he came up with another fabulous holiday for us.
