Always a pleasure going in to our local Hayes in Lowestoft. We spoke to Claire, who checks everything with us and is always so patient. She finds the best deals and makes sure everything is covered. No pressure to book straight away and always easy to chat to.

Suggested cruises and managed to find very good deal and change arrival time for single hotel night prior to cruise which I requested. Very efficient and understanding member of staff. Very good service.
