Brilliant service
Karen and the team were really knowledgeable about destinations that would met our criteria. The service was brilliant. The team are friendly, professional and efficient.
All the stress was taken out of planning and booking. It was also really good to have a complete breakdown of the package so we know we aren't forgetting anything.
It was also reassuring to know that we were getting the best deal available with no pushing or pressure to book a higher cost holiday package.

I had such a great experience last year with Hays, I decided to go back to them again this year to book my trip. This time I was looked after by Christopher. He was so welcoming and friendly and didn’t rush me at all. He patiently helped me go through so many holidays and options until I found the one that was perfect for me.
