We always use Lynsey to book our holidays, whether its a week away or just a city break. She always knows what we're looking for and is super efficient. Takes the stress out of it for us from booking it, to checking in amd dropping the paperwork off. We wouldn't use anyone else now.

This was a fantastic holiday.
The hotel staff were lovely.
The food was superb.
The hotel was very clean including the pool. The accommodation was better than we expected having 2 floors and 2 balconies.
It was perfectly placed to have walks into the old and new parts of the town.
The locals were super friendly.
It was also reassuring to have reps to guide the way when transferring and at the end of the phone if needed.
We had the best of times and are already planning on going back.
Also thanks to Lynsey at Hays who found and booked it for us making it so easy for us.
