As we hadn't been abroad for over 10 years we was looking for guidance and advice to book a holiday. Cami helped us find the perfect accommodation. She provided excellent professional service making the booking process a perfect start to the holiday. We also arranged a travel card and Euros while we were booking the holiday and again the service and help received by the member of staff was excellent. We will definitely be back for the next holiday. Thank you.

Last minute booking, Jayne was excellent, Jayne is a credit to Hays Travel, we have had the pleasure of Jayne assisting us in booking holidays in the past, very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant booking experience with everything explained thoroughly before payment etc. Booked lots of breaks in this branch and the staff are always great.

From start to finish I can honestly say the following.
Initially visited HaysTravel in Lytham on Friday afternoon on 27/3/26 to enquire about cruises .
On entering all 3 girls smoked and fave us a warm welcome.
We went and sat with Jayne , she listened to our initial requests as dates were important to us. Her colleague also helped at the same time as there were many options.
We then decided on Tenerife as the weather was kinder in April.
We left with a couple of options and agreed to return the following day. Having gone on Tripadviser I then rand the following day asking Jayne for a couple of different hotels as the reviews weren’t great .
We then arrived at 4.20pm on the Saturday , we discussed all options again, Jayne took her time and we eventually chose a hotel much more expensive but suited our needs far better, by thus time it was after5.00pm , closing time , however Jayne and her colleague advised us that it wasn’t a problem, we booked and paid in full and left at 5.20pm.

Very easy 2 book, felt at ease with Jayne. She explained everything . Nothing 2 much trouble for her. It was 4 a special anniversary + she
researched the differant dates + compared options. A much nicer experience in the shop, speaking 2 someone than on line. Much more info rmative + personel. Went back + booked another holiday!!!!!
