Excellent customer service
I have used Hays for all our family holidays for a few years - their customer service is excellent, and they have always been very helpful, especially when there have been unexpected issues, such as requiring changes to flights. They always make the whole process easy to manage. Very highly recommended - thanks for all the assistance!

Norwegian fjords cruise
Me and my husband went to book a cruise, very pleasant member of staff, found us our cruise making it easier for us, also booked our transport to port in Southampton.
