Our experience was great from start to finish, our agent was very patient with us
(10 people) listened to everyone answering all our questions talked us through it step by step explaining everything to us .
we all came away very happy with the way we were treated and the outcome of our holiday , we were told if we needed to know anything else or add anything to our holiday to ring or call in any time and they would happy be help .

The staff in Maesteg branch always go above and beyond for me , I’m very busy with work and family and have very little time to look around for holidays. I go into Maesteg branch with date, airport and passenger details and basically leave it to them to find us a holiday. Without fail they find exactly what we all want (group of 6 ) and always a fab deal .

Great in store staff helped us pick and book the holiday and Hotel we were looking for. Printing all the information we needed. Even printed our boarding tickets and checked us in.

Tracy and Rebekah made booking a cruise for eight people a very simple process.

Rebekah at maesteg shop was absolutely amazing could not do enough. I had messaged Rebekah via facebook and she got back to me straight away I then phoned her and she was so friendly and helpful. Rebekah sorted everything out for us for our holiday in New York. We will be back to see Rebekah for our future holiday. Really appreciate all Rebekah’s help and advice.
